Accessibility
Smart Financial Centre provides accessible parking east of the SFC Plaza Area, clearly marked with directional signs for easy navigation. The venue features a state-of-the-art indoor layout with ramps, elevators, and designated accessible seating to accommodate guests with mobility needs. Guests requiring assistance should contact the venue in advance or visit the Guest Services desk located in the lobby behind the Ticket Office upon arrival. First aid services, including AEDs located throughout the facility, are available for minor injuries or medical needs. Strollers are not permitted in seating sections but can be checked at Guest Services. The venue aims to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons, with staff trained to assist those with disabilities.
Animals & Service Dogs
Pets and animals are strictly prohibited inside Smart Financial Centre and on venue property. However, service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted when they are individually trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Emotional support animals or pets do not qualify. Guests with service animals should notify staff if needed for accommodations, and all animals must remain under control at all times. Food, Drink & Alcohol
Outside food, drinks, cans, bottles, coolers, and glass containers are prohibited. Concessions inside the venue offer a variety of food and beverage options, including alcoholic drinks for those of legal age. The venue is cashless, so major credit/debit cards or mobile payments are required for purchases. Alcohol service follows strict age verification rules. Payment Options

Photography and Recording

Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include oversized or non-clear bags exceeding size limits, weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, and projectiles), illegal substances or paraphernalia, outside food or drinks, noisemakers, fireworks, banners, signs, drones, large suitcases, and pets. Unauthorized activities such as sales, solicitation, fighting, throwing objects, or loitering are banned. Wheeled devices (except necessary mobility aids) and inappropriate attire are not allowed. Smoking Policy
Smart Financial Centre is a completely non-smoking facility, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Smoking and vaping are prohibited within 25 feet of any entrance or on venue property.
